The Chef's Table is the ultimate in dining and romance. This special dining package is a 5-course meal created by our Executive Chef expressly for your tastes and served in front of a glowing fireplace in winter, or in one of several outdoor dining locations in warmer weather.
The Chef's table is $140.00 per couple (does not include gratuity, tax, or spirits). You can add a 4-flight wine pairing to your Chef's Table for $60.00 per couple. The wine pairing is a great experience and a great value as the wines are all highly rated and come from the Inn's own Proprietor's Reserve. Pete Nagle, co-owner with his wife Karen, works with Chef Zeb McDermott on the pairings specifically for your menu. He draws on a stock of sparkling wines, white and reds, ½ bottles and dessert wines to compliment you meal.
If you choose the Chef's Table plan on a 2-hour dining experience. Portions are smaller and the pace more leisurely. Our Chef, Zeb McDermott, will come out and introduce himself and share what he has planned for you for the evening.
Zeb will then send your server out with a Special Amuse (Chef's Treat) just for you. This is often accompanied with a sparkling wine if you chose the Wine Pairing. Then the fun starts to happen. Zeb does delicious soups and fresh creative salads. He may prepare a separate appetizer for both or one to share. Then the entrée, beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. But, save room for dessert because it will be incredible.
