Unforgettable Dining at Mountain Magnolia Inn reflects our commitment over the past 10 plus years of offering exceptional food to compliment your experience at Mountain Magnolia Inn. Lead by Executive Chef Andrew Pratt, we are committed to using locally grown foods as much as possible and to making everything we serve from scratch in our own kitchen. Andrew has a degree from the New England Culinary Institute which he obtained in 1996. He has been Executive Chef at several top restaurants primarily in Chicago. Being raised in a military family Andrew has traveled extensively and has an appreciation for a variety of global culinary styles. He has served as a Chef Instructor at the New England Culinary Institute and AB Tech in Asheville. We are sure you will find both the presentation and taste to be exceptional. Casual Dining-Complementing Andrew’s creations are our unique dining venues. Our main dining room, with it's bay window and fireplace, is cozy in the winter and pleasant and cool in the summer. Small groups enjoy the front parlor, which also boasts a fireplace and historical decor. In warm months, dine on our front porch and let your spirits lift as you take in the glorious mountain view. Periodically we will host "Grill on the Hill" when we grill to order on our terrace. Our area is rich in musical talent and we often feature local entertainers on weekend nights to complement your evening

Organic Foods- Living in such a beautiful area reaffirms daily our commitment to running an environmentally conscious organization. We purchase organic and local produce whenever possible. Our meats are primarily organic or hormone free. We are proud to use eggs exclusively from the WNC Egg Co-op. Many of the herbs used in the Kitchen come right from our own garden here at the Inn.
