Additional Charges
A $10 dollar per night gratuity is added per room to be shared with housekeeping, breakfast chef's and innkeepers.

*over 6 people add an additional $20 per night per person

**use of the 2nd bedroom add an additional $50 per night

Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
All reservations are guaranteed at time of reservation by one night's deposit, or 50% on stays of two or more days. We accept Visa and MasterCard. If you cancel your reservation more than 7 days before your arrival date, a refund of deposit, less a $35.00 cancellation fee will be issued.
Early departures will be treated like a cancellation. If you cancel within 7 days or less of your arrival date, there will not be a refund and you are responsible for payment of the total rate. When making advance guaranteed reservations, please remember you are making a commitment to us and we are making one to you.
