We host very small weddings of 10 people and under year around at the Mountain Magnolia Inn during the week and off-season weekends. The wedding ceremony can take place beneath the large black walnut tree and other beautiful locations on the Inns grounds or in one of the Inn's beautifully appointed parlors during the cooler months. Your private reception dinner can be hosted on our outside terrace or indoor dining parlor. You and your guests will enjoy exceptional service at the Mountain Magnolia Inn for a very intimate celebration and getaway.

The Mountain Magnolia Inn offers 6 beautiful guest rooms in the Historic home, as well as a 3-bedroom/2 bath family friendly guest cottage on the property. We do require that you and your guests use our lodging accommodations when hosting an event. There is a two night lodging minimum on the weekends and breakfast is included daily for guests in the Inn and Garden House. View rates and availability on our website.
The Mountain Magnolia Inn Restaurant is open Friday through Monday night and offers Private Dinners for two or more people nightly. We offer delicious soups, salads, appetizers, and entrées, along with house made desserts and ice cream and carefully selected wines, beers, and sparkling beverages. The small wedding package includes a dedicated server and private dining locations in two beautiful indoor and outdoor locations. We can offer group appetizers and beverages for a cocktail hour after the wedding ceremony and à la carte dining for you and your guests based on the current menu. There is a $50/person minimum for dining for very small weddings.
Coordinating and Event Services
The Mountain Magnolia Inn Wedding Coordinator will assist in getting your reservation completed and any details planned. We have white chairs, tables and linens that are available for smaller events. The wedding coordinator will be on location the day of the event to help with the details of the wedding ceremony and manage event plans.

The facility fee is a cover charge which it is designed to cover the cost of preparing the Inn for your event, providing a wedding coordinator, and post-event clean-up. There is a service fee for the wait staff and bartenders who support the catered reception which is based on the staffing requirements of your event.
*One of the owners, Karen Nagle, is a non-denominational minister and if you choose to use her to perform your ceremony she will meet with you and help create a custom celebration that is personal and fits your needs.
To reserve the Inn for your event requires a $250 non-refundable deposit which is later applied to the final invoice. The desired rooms will be held for the event, and your guests can individually reserve their rooms, if preferred.
